About
In a world that often highlights our differences, Jamie Berg’s work celebrates what makes us unique and what connects us all. Whether through painting, music, or collaborative experiences, his aim is always the same: to create moments of joy, connection, and shared experience.
Inspired by the bold lines of Keith Haring, the fragmented forms of Picasso, the playful energy of Takashi Murakami, the intricate patterns of Yayoi Kusama, the rich symbolism of ancient Aztec art, and the colourful street-style simplicity of Thierry Noir, Jamie's artwork is a vibrant exploration of identity, diversity, and unity.
Though every face is distinct, they share common threads, just as we do. His work challenges us to look beyond the surface, embracing both individuality and our shared humanity. Whether on a canvas or a dancefloor, Jamie's goal is to create spaces where people feel free to connect, express themselves, and experience genuine joy.
Based in Ericeira, a surf town in Portugal, Jamie lives each day with energy and presence. Surfing, walking, spending time outdoors, and meaningful conversations all feed into his creative practice. His work is rooted in the full spectrum of human experience - from moments of struggle to moments of celebration. He explores how joy can become something we actively create together.
Jamie has exhibited in London, Milan and Barcelona, been featured in House & Garden and Tatler, and held his first solo exhibition near Lisbon in 2025. Alongside his growing art career, he has become a sought-after DJ, performing everything from relaxed sunset sessions to high-energy parties. While the mediums are different, the intention remains the same: bringing people together through shared moments they'll remember.
This philosophy also lives on through Jamie's live collaborative artworks, where guests at weddings, corporate events and celebrations help create a unique artwork together. Rather than simply observing, people become part of the creative process, leaving behind a lasting piece that captures the energy and personality of the occasion.
The same spirit continues through Jamie Berg's Art Club, an open creative space where people gather to paint, talk, experiment and create without pressure or expectation. It's less about technique than presence, play and permission - a reminder that creativity isn't reserved for artists, but belongs to everyone.
Whether through a painting, a dancefloor or a blank canvas shared with strangers, Jamie's work is driven by one belief: the most meaningful experiences are the ones we create together.
